Proposals for planning permission within land to the rear of the client’s property. This project required constant liaison with the local authority and English Heritage.

 

Due to the proximity to Hadrians Wall, the site was within the boundaries of a Scheduled Ancient Monument. As such full consideration for the protection of the monument was required.

 

Planning permission was granted for 2 large 4 bedroom houses.
